Pamela Fishman Cianci is a visionary experiential strategist, serial entrepreneur, and creative business builder with over 20 years of experience leading startups, partnering with nonprofits and well-known businesses, and scaling brands across media, lifestyle, and technology. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit and deep passion for longevity, science, and well-being, Pamela brings a rare blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and creative innovation to every venture she leads.
Pamela has successfully built and scaled high-growth companies—both independently and in partnership with teams of all sizes—bringing expertise in business development, sales, digital marketing, brand partnerships, and retail (on- and offline). Following a double e-commerce acquisition, she spearheaded new revenue systems and partnership streams, proving her ability to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments. A master event and project producer, she’s also consulted for lifestyle brands, produced events of every size, and developed high-impact marketing strategies for clients and companies she believes in.
With a track record in early-stage growth, fundraising, and investor and board engagement, as well as successful Business Development, agency Creative Strategy, and in-house Marketing, have provided Pamela leads with a community-first mindset. Her ability to rally high-performing teams around a shared mission and build cultures of collaboration, purpose, and results has made her a standout in every field she enters. She’s a connector by nature—known for cultivating robust networks, shaping meaningful experiences, and building ecosystems that spark lasting impact.
Before founding Outlined Productions, Pamela served as the Director of Marketing and Events at the PlumpJack Group, where she became one of San Francisco’s most visible young professionals. She later wrote about events for the San Francisco Examiner on the cusp of social media and launched a custom baking business, Sugar & Spike.
These ventures allowed her to collaborate with countless brands, creatives, and clients—always rooted in her love of storytelling, human connection, and exceptional execution.
A lifelong adventurer and enthusiastic host, Pamela lives on the Peninsula with her husband Darrin, daughters Beaumont and Mallin, and son Lazlo. She frequents live music, enjoys entertaining family and friends, and balances her love for skiing with her passion for sunshine, good food, and the award-winning Northern California wine-making industry, the perfect home for life and business alike.
