Pamela Fishman Cianci | Founder & Lead Producer

Pamela Fishman Cianci is a highly skilled and well-connected serial entrepreneur with a proven track record working both autonomously and with teams of all sizes in startup environments both on and offline for the past 20 years. As part of a significant double e-commerce business acquisition, Pamela was awarded multiple opportunities to create new revenue streams and systems. As such, Pamela has deep business development, sales, brand partnership, digital marketing, retail (on and offline) and acquisition expertise. She is also a master project and event planner with decades of experience consulting for lifestyle businesses, creating marketing plans and producing any size events.

As an avid skier and lover of sunshine, good food and award-winning wine, Pamela has found Northern California the perfect place to make her home, raise her family and create businesses she is passionate about. Prior to Outlined Productions, she was the director of marketing and events for the PlumpJack Group, where she met just about everyone and became one of San Francisco's most visible young professionals. From there she went on to write professionally about events for the San Francisco Examiner and create a made-to-order baking business, Sugar & Spike. All have given her the unique opportunity to work with countless amazing people, brands and couples.

In addition, her tremendous organizational skills lend to her always being prepared regardless of the occasion thus Pamela conceived a digital, emergency planning platform, ARE YOU READY?, allowing her longtime desire to create a socially responsible business to come to fruition.

Pamela lives on the Peninsula with her husband Darrin, two daughters, Beaumont and Mallin, and son Lazlo. She frequents live music, loves to travel and enjoys entertaining family and friends.
