The Baker
Pamela Fishman Cianci has loved food, beverage and entertaining for as long as she can remember. Memories of early childhood baking sessions with her great-grandmother, grandmother and mother set in motion her passion for creating delicious food experiences for others.
She worked her way up from busser to manager in the restaurants during college and graduate school followed by stints with catering companies to further develop her food and beverage skills.
Shortly after moving to the Bay Area, Pamela was very lucky to come upon an opportunity to work with The PlumpJack Group for many years providing further immersion into the culinary world.
In 2004, she pursued her own dreams including creating Sugar & Spike, dedicated to her late great-grandmother, Nana Bert, an amazing baker and lover of the good life.
Currently, Pamela owns and operates Outlined Productions, a consulting and event production company. She makes time to cook with her three children weekly using measuring cups, recipes and tips she inherited from her family.
